About Shipping

Our global warehouses are located in the United States, Europe, Thailand, China, and other regions. We stock products in these warehouses to fulfill orders efficiently based on inventory location. Priority is given to shipping from the warehouse nearest to your location. If an item is oversold, we will ship it from the next available warehouse with stock.

Shipping Rates

  • Estimated Fees:
  • To estimate shipping costs, select an item, and the estimated shipping cost will be displayed in your cart. The shipping rates are shown on the shopping cart page, with an option to change your location. No purchase or payment method is required unless you proceed to checkout.
  • Actual Shipping Fee:
  • The final shipping fee will be displayed at checkout once you enter your shipping address.

Shipment Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 4-5 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • High order volumes may cause slight delays. We will notify you of significant delays via email or phone.
  • Additional transit days may be needed for delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to their orders. These fees are imposed during or after shipping.

Damages

  • We are not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery Time: 7-14 business days.
  • Shipping Methods: DHL, UPS, USPS, etc.

  1. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
  2. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  3. Shipping methods may change based on specific circumstances.
  4. Delivery time does not include a 1-2 day processing period from the order date.
  5. We strive to deliver your package as soon as possible. However, additional time may be required for invalid addresses or customs clearance issues.
